From this process a huge sugar craving cycle is ignited whereby you cant get enough simple carbohydrates and the end result is storage of fat.
So you can see why low carbohydrates in the first 2-4 weeks are beneficial to weight loss, to light a fire and burn the storage of fat.
As the body converts to fat burning you can re-introduce fruits and good complex carbohydrates.
It’s so vital to cut out the white bread, fast foods, white rice and pasta and of course sugar, once you understand the cycle. Plus eating the wrong food affects your mental state. When you start to eat in a healthy way you will feel better mentally and emotionally.
