If you think you cannot live without it, you may have a problem and you may want to take a visit to one of those anonymous meetings. You may need some help and support in giving up some of your addictions.
Smoking is another issue. Yes to put it bluntly we know smoking sucks, literally. Smoking has to go completely and absolutely, no half measures. Smoking does horrendous things to your health.
